Youth Event Reporting Form

Definition: An event where the youth are defined as 3 or more individuals less than 18
years old that are given support, through monies donated, (minimum of $200
each), time spent a (minimum of 4 hours per club member). Are educated
through seminars, classes or other teaching tools. Or through services
offered by donating time to work with the youths. This is not the
limit to qualifying youth projects; any questions as to the acceptance of
a youth project will be left up to the State Youth Director.
Guidelines:
- All prior years events must be reported
to the State Youth Director by April 1st to qualify to fish in the
current year. Last years events count toward current year eligibility.
- Any club not reporting an event will be
placed on probation, and must send in a proposal for the current years
activates by April 10th.
- All events
must be reported within 30 days after the event to the State Youth
Director. Results, pictures, articles and all members involved must be
reported for qualification.
- October 1st will serve as the cut off
date for this years events.
- Club qualification will be based on 50%
of your roster participation in a youth event.
- All clubs must have a Youth Director
and an Assistant Youth Director appointed and reported to the State
Youth Director.
- Each club must hold 1 youth event per
year.
- Shared events will qualify clubs
fulfilling the 50% member participation.
- People belonging to multiple clubs must
do a qualifying event through the club they designate as their mother
club.
