I understand that may be of some concern for a few anglers and again we are trying this to increase participation on both the anger and co-anglers sides of the field.

While things like this are always a concern of mine, I have greater concern refusing a paying member's entry (on both sides) because he struggles getting a gauranteed partner. Times have changed and we as an organization need to as well. My hope is that this will balance itself in the long run.

You raise a valid concern and will be sure to raise it at the tournament, but I will not question the integrity of a fellow angler or member simply because of a format change. if we subject ourselves to that thinking then we have bigger issues in our organization.

Let's give this a try and out members the benefit of the doubt.
