| District II | We are Midd-West Bassmasters. We currently compromised of 8 active members. There are ten tournaments scheduled for 2005.
Midd West Bassmasters' have just
completed the last phase of a 5 year adopt-a-lake plan at Walker
Lake. This year, with the assistance of Dave Houser, Christine
Brown, and BJ Heinz from the PA Fish and Boat Commission, we
constructed and placed 10 Spawning Beds throughout the lake.
Afterwards, we began work on a plan for the next three years. We
would also like to extend thanks to Charlie Stewart from Mountain
Valley Bassmasters for his assistance during this event.
We are always open to new members. We
invite anyone interested in joining our club to contact us. If you
like, we will offer an invitation to a club tournament to further pique
your interest. We hold approximately 10 club tournaments yearly, hold
monthly meetings, help fund youth activities, and have an ongoing
Adopt-A-Lake program at Walker Lake. Anyone interested may contact us
