History:

Backlash of PA was chartered August 1993 under the premise of sportsmanship, fellowship, friendly competition and service. The club was formulated for the family oriented angler. Club tournaments are held at locations generally within a two-hour travel distance from its home base of Nazareth, PA. With the understanding that family commitments are primary, only 8 out of 12 yearly tournaments count towards an individual angler’s goal of making the PA Regional Club Team. This allows an angler to remain competitive without having to commit to an entire tournament schedule. ;

The sharing of information and successful tactics with fellow members, in order to allow all members the ability to enhance their fishing skills, is paramount. The club has also been actively involved with Youth and Conservation Programs within the PA Federation. The club is an active proponent to the goals of District 1 and the Pennsylvania Bass Federation Inc. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Vigilance Hose Company No. 1 Nazareth, PA.
