o Copies of the report were provided to all District Reps.
o John Osmond to review with bank on life of uncashed checks.

Tournament Report = Fred Lewis

 Berwick and KBB will be running the D7 tournament at Williamsport
 Fred to send a note out to first week of April
 Fred handed permit to Steve Lowe for Williamsport
 LL and NEB to host Cayuga tournament
 Wayne and LCMB to host Oneida tournament
 Boat owners will be allowed to fish by themselves.  Subject to a random draw.  An unguaranteed doesn’t mean you will fish by yourself.  Applies to Districts, Mr Bass and Championship.
 Mr Bass East – info is up to date on the website.  Currently 37 people have signed up.
 Mr Bass West – Discount for hotel – Quality Inn at Fairview.  Need to have an Erie Stamp to fish.
 6 Man Team – Get apps in.
 Send any Open Tournaments to Chris Wilson so insurance coverage can be applied.
 Please submit and open club tournaments in to the state.  Submissions can be made through the web site.
 Payouts for all state tournaments, except for Championship will be a 70/30 split.  70% to anglers, 30% to cover tournament expenses.  Extra of the 30% will be applied to the State Team.
 7anglers / 7 coanglers from District to State Championship.
 Ranger Bucks will be available for 2011.

Steering Committee = Fred Lewis

 BOD Meeting – State TD will have a budget for 2011.  2011 budget is $5000.
 Other budgets were established.
 Berkley is back as a sponsor.
 Cabella’s is a sponsor of the TBF.
 Raffle Tickets – profit is considerably lower this year due to outstanding tickets. If anyone thinks they have outstanding tickets, please check with your clubs and please turn your tickets in.
 Officer nominations are coming up for the State.  Fred Lewis is running for Treasurer, Chris Wilson is running for president.  Secretary position is open.
 All qualifying divisional team members MUST ATTEND THE NEXT BOD MEETING on JUNE 5th.  If members cannot attend, they must secure an exemption from the State President.
 Policy and Procedures are being updated for 2011.
 D4 hosting tournament in May at Raystown for Child’s Wish.   Contact Bob Stivers.
 Next BOD meeting is in June.
