o Copies of the report were provided to all District Reps.
o Need to confirm from Wayne Co. BM for uncashed check.
o Correction to Divisional Team Earmark.  From $500 to $250 as it’s $250 per participant from D7.

Conservation Report = Tom Hafner

 Any club with conservation projects to provide info to Tom Hafner.
 Tom expressed interest in having a D7 conservation project.
 Lunker Landers will be holding their conservation project at Cowanesque again in Fall 2011.

Tournament Report = Dan Swartz on behalf of Fred Lewis

 7 owners and 7 riders through the D7 tournaments will qualify for the State Championship.
 A high level state breakdown of qualifying spots was requested for Regionals, Mr. Bass, and District spots for the State Championship.
 The question “With not going down the list for championship spots, do we still have two weeks after the regional to decide if one is going to the Championship?”
 D7 Tournaments – All permits have been approved.
 D1 and D3 will be holding their own separate tournaments.  They will not be having combined tournaments in 2011.
 2011 Tournament Forms – See website.  There are now different forms for Mr Bass, Regionals, and Districts.  District Tournament Forms must be mailed to the respective District Tournament Director.
 Mr. Bass Tournaments – See website for info.
 
 Please submit and open club tournaments in to the state.  Submissions can be made through the web site.

 2011 Meeting Schedule – It was decided to follow a month by month meeting schedule for 2011.  Next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday March 8th.

Old Business

 NE Bass has decided not to fold as a club.  They have joined Berwick Bass as their sister club and will align with Berwick Bass’ tournament schedule.

New Business

  Motion was made to parallel the state’s decision to allow boaters to fish by themselves during the D7 tournaments when field is unbalanced.
