 Bill said that there is an open invitation to any club that is interested in running a youth project at Hunter’s Gallery as they have contacted District VII with interest in having us help them with some type of youth seminar.

 District 1 & 3 Tournaments

 District 7 Tournaments (locations are set – dates tentative)

Steering Committee = Fred Lewis

 Regional Tournaments format will stay the same.  All applications and checks will now be going to the host district TD.  The payouts will be on a 70/30 basis with 70% going back to the winning teams and the other 30% being broken down with 20% going for the divisional team and 10% going for expenses.  If all the 10% is not used for expenses then the remainder will go in addition to the divisional team.
 Anglers will be allowed to fish by themselves in the 2011 PA State Championship.
 There will be no more going down the list to fill positions unless an angler qualifies through two channels and then the state tournament with the highest finish would supersede district standings.
 2011 BOD meeting dates: all Sundays – March 6, June 5, and November 6.
 Ray Sharpe stepped down as youth director.
 Bob Kline will be the stand in youth director.
 There was an awards banquet at the November meeting and trophies were presented.

Old Business

 2010 D7 Angler of the year:
o Check #263 for $73.10 was written to Fred Lewis for reimbursement of the 2010 AOY trophy.
 2011 Officer Positions:
o Tournament Director – Fred Lewis will be interim & Matt Kline will be assistant TD
o Vice Chairman – Open
o Youth Director – Bill Morey
o Treasurer – John Osmond
o Chairman – Fred Lewis
o Secretary – Dan Swartz
o Conservation – Tom Hafner
o Steering Committee – Fred Lewis will be interim
o Due to no opposition for any position; Secretary cast a single ballot for all officers & directors are so for 2011.
 Raffle Tickets:
o Lunker Landers turned in 15 tickets and a check for $300
o Return all sold tickets to Chris Wilson and all unsold to Fred Lewis.
 Karl Ulmer turned in receipts for expenses for the Mid-Atlantic Divisional. Check #265 for $250 was written to Karl Ulmer.
 All were in favor of the Request made by Tom Murray for $50 reimbursement for Lunker Landers conservation project @ Cowanesque.  Check #266 was written for $50 and given to Tom Hafner of Lunker Landers.
 A motion was made by Lunker Landers and 2nd by Kickin Bass Baits Pro Team for D7 to cover the cost of the banquet  this November meeting at Major League Sports Bar.  All were in favor and check #267 for $144.55 was written to Major League Sports Bar.

New Business

  Fred asked all club reps to go back to their clubs and decide on what they would like done for the 2011 D7 tournaments as far as dates.  Would the club like to see the D7 Oneida event on June 26th which would be the day after the Eastern Regional and out of a different launch?  Also what about the dates of the other two events?  All responses need to be sent to Fred Lewis by December 1st.
 Fred asked all clubs to gather their list of tournaments, conservation & youth projects, etc. and send them to Fred so we can have a master list.
 Fred reminded the clubs about the importance of attendance at the district meetings for multiple reasons.
 Northeast Bassmasters announced that they might be folding after the 2010 season; they have an upcoming meeting to determine this.
 February 8th of 2011 will be the first D7 meeting and the remainder of the 2011 meeting schedule will be set at that meeting.
