o Dan Swartz turned in receipts for expenses for the Mid-Atlantic Divisional

Conservation Report = Tom Murray

 Cowenesque Conservation Project – project was a success, 4 ppl from the army corp of engineers and 9 ppl from Lunker Landers participated.  Lunker Landers plans to do it again next year.

Youth Report =

 3 attempts made to contact Ray Sharp for result’s from Cabela’s Casting Kids. No response from Ray.

Tournament Report = Fred Lewis

 Championship:
o Comments made as being one of the best in terms of logistics.
o Trailer was vandalized and tents flipped over on Thurs night.
o F. Lewis would like to hold a Tournament Director’s Meeting to discuss plans for next year’s championship for policies and procedures.
o The 2011 Divisional Team was announced.  Congratulations to Bob Gilpin (D7) of Wayne County BM for making the team. 
o For 2011, the practice of going down the lists to fill the field will cease.

 Eastern Regional:
o D1 has selected Lake Oneida for the event.
o 
 Initial talks around holding a D7 open tournament was made.
 D1& 3 looking to do some consolidation for their Dist. Tournaments.  More info to follow.
 D7 Lake Selections:
o #1 – Lake Oneida
o #2 – Cayuga
o #3 - Williamsport

Steering Committee = Fred Lewis

 The state meeting will be the 1st Sunday of November (Nov 7) at Milesburg.  Banquet to be held at same location.  Anyone who has placed in Mr Bass East/West, Regionals, State Championship are required to attended for their awards.

 State is going to allow for a Tournament Director’s Budget for 2011.

Old Business

 2010 D7 Angler / CoAngler of the year:
o F. Lewis has invoice for D. Kozlansky’s reimbursement for his jacket.
o F. Lewis to order plaq for Bill Morey.

 2011 Officer Positions:
o Tournament Director – Open
o Vice Chairman – Open
o Youth Director – Bill Morey nominated by LCBM, 2nd by NEB, unanimous vote
o Treasurer – John Osmond nominated by LCBM, 2nd by LL, unanimous vote
o Chairman – Fred Lewis nominated by BB, 2nd by NEB, unanimous vote
o Secretary – Dan Swartz nominated by KBB, 2nd by NEB, unanimous
o Conservation – Open

 Raffle Tickets:
o BB – all tickets returned
o WCBM – 4 tickets turned in for $80
o NEB – 9 tickets returned
o LCBM – 10 tickets turned in for $200

New Business

 Request made by Tom Murray for $50 reimbursement for LL’s conservation project @ Cowanesque.  Accepted by LCBM, 2nd by WCBM

 Reminder - D7 banquet at November meeting at Major League Sports Bar.

 Some questions: 

o Do we have Dist. Tournaments on Sunday only or make it flexible w/ Sat or Sun events?
o Do we have an October Tournament to count for the following year’s season?
