o Copies of the report were provided to all District Reps.
o Wayne County BM needs to let D7 what to do with check#224 for American Cancer Society.  Check hasn’t been cashed to date.

Conservation Report = Tom Murray

 No report.

Youth Report =

 Bill reached out to Ray Sharp for result’s from Cabela’s Casting Kids.
 Jr Championship at Lake Erie: 2 people from PA Brent Engleman from Miilton, PA took 3rd in the 11-14 age group, Austin Oberdorf from Milton, PA took 3rd in the 15-18 age group.

Tournament Report = Fred Lewis

 Championship:
o All information is on the web site and is updated

o Co-anglers are needed to balance the field.

o Meeting place is posted on the website: Village Casino at Longpoint.  Free food will be provided, except beverages.

o REMINDER – Anglers will need a valid 2011 New York Fishing License for the Championship.  The 2010 license expires on Sept 30.

o Bill Morey and Dave Kozlansky will have their entry fees paid for, for next year’s District Tournaments.

o Dave elected to receive a jacket and Bill request a plaque for their awards.

o D7 to pay 1/3 of cost of award fees to recognize D1-3-7 Angler and Co-Angler of the Year.  Estimated at $160.

o Lake Wallenpaupack – Dam Repairs:
 Minimal repairs this year, levels not to reach abnormally low levels.  Lake level expected to reach normal winter pool.
 2011 major dam work is planned and lake level will be drawn down to record levels or greater.

o Beltzville – Lake level currently down 8ft from summer pool. 

 Holiday Inn Express at Lake Oneida:  Offering discount for tournament anglers.  Inquire about the discount when making your reservations.

Old Business
 D 1-3-7 Format for 2011:
o 2 clubs voted to stay with current format
o 2 clubs voted to go back to separate D7 format.
o Tie breaker voted to go back to separate D7 format.
o Clubs need to have top 3 picks for lakes for the D7 tournaments.

 2011 Officer Positions:
o Tournament Director – Open
o Vice Chairman – Open
o Youth Director – Bill wishes to stay
o Treasurer – John wishes to stay
o Chairman – Fred wishes to stay
o Secretary – Dan wishes to stay
o Conservation – Tom – Need to follow up to see if he wishes to stay on.

 LCBM Youth and Conservation:
o Request was made at August meeting by LCBM for $50 reimbursement for both it’s youth and conservation project held at Prompton Dam in June 2010.
 Motion to accept made by BB and KBB, check #258 issued.

 Raffle Tickets:
o NEB – check for $80 and $20 cash, tickets sold #236, 241, 243, 246, 248.  9 tickets unsold
o KBB – all tickets sold $400 cash #300-319

New Business

 Reimbursements to John Osmond for stamps to mail checks $30.80, check #259
 D7 banquet at November meeting at Major League Sports Bar.
